Kathy was kind of worn down this morning. Better in early afternoon. Tired when I left this evening--up & down. Still has IV.

- Howard has spent all his adult life as the pastor of the Covington Bible Church. He is the husband of Kathy, the father of two sons, and "Papa" to six.
Stuff I've read, am reading, wrote, or thought about a couple of times:
- The Ghost Soldiers...made me glad to be American, yet was respectful of the Japanese. I could not help but marvel at the strength of ordinary men, and what appeared to me to be the providential hand of God in the rescue mission. A great guy book.
- Quiet Strength, Tony Dungy. We decided to use Tony's book as a guide for our Men's Prayer Breakfasts this year. It is a good read even for you non-football fans
